Start your morning with a healthy breakfast! Add this easy, healthy and delicious recipe as part of your low-carb, keto and gluten-free diet. 

1 | In a large pan, add Pacific Sunrise Oil over medium-high heat and stir fry the peppers, ginger, garlic and whites of the onions for about 3 minutes. 
2 | Add carrots and cauliflower. Cook and stir until vegetables begin to soften for about 5 minutes. 
3 | Pour in the egg and stir together along with the vegetables for approximately 1 minute or until cooked to your liking. Stir through Pacific Sunrise Oil and remove from the heat. 
4 | Season and top with green parts of onion. Serve with whatever side of protein you like.

MUSHROOM AND SPINACH SCRAMBLE

What better way to start off your day right than a healthy and delicious scrambled egg for breakfast! 

1 | In a bowl, whisk eggs, 1 tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt and pepper. 
2 | Heat 1 tablespoon of Pacific Sunrise Oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, salt, pepper and cook. 
3 | Heat the oil to medium-high. Add the mushrooms and cook while tossing occasionally until golden brown for 4 minutes. 
4 | Meanwhile, heat the remaining Pacific Sunrise Oil in a separate pan. Add the eggs and cook for a few seconds. Add spinach to the eggs and cook. Fold in the mushroom mixture and now ready to serve on your breakfast table!

1 | Add a tablespoon of Pacific Sunrise Oil and sauté onion and bell peppers until softened. Add the ham, garlic and celery seeds. Season with salt and pepper and stir for about 1 minute.
2 | Add potatoes and broth to pot and stir together. Turn the instant pot on by pressing Pressure button and set the timer for 8-10 minutes.
3 | Press cancel and do a quick release.
4 | Remove the lid and stir everything up.
5 | Serve into bowls and feel free to partner with fried egg!

2 | Heat Pacific Sunrise Oil over medium-low heat. Pour in about three tablespoons of the mixture and cook until golden brown. Flip on the other side until both sides are evenly cooked.
3 | Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining mixture.

1 | Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) with a rack in the middle. Spray or spread the Pacific Sunrise Oil to the baking sheet or parchment to make removing egg easier.
2 | Separate the egg yolks from the egg white. Make sure that the eggs are properly separated and no remaining piece of egg yolk to beat the whites properly.
3 | Place the egg whites in a very clean mixer bowl. Beat eggs until stiff peaks form. Gently add cheese if your kids prefer one.
4 | Spoon the mixture into the little clouds and place in the baking sheet or parchment. Place in the preheated oven for 3 mins. After 3 minutes, pull out the rack then gently add the egg yolk into the center. Bake again for 3 minutes.
5 | Serve immediately on your breakfast table.

JAPANESE-STYLE SOUFFLE PANCAKES

Who doesn’t love pancakes for breakfast? Add a different twist to your kid’s ordinary pancake with this soft and fluffy Japanese-style Souffle Pancake. 

1 | In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks, milk, a tablespoon of Pacific Sunrise Oil, and Vanilla extract. Add cake flour, whisk until light and smooth. 
2 | In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer at low speed until foamy. Add the vinegar, then the sugar while beating continuously. Beat until it becomes a very stiff meringue. 
3 | Scoop at least 1/4 of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk mixture. Whisk until well combined. Do the same to the remaining meringue. Make sure there is no more white visible but avoid over mixing as it can deflate the mixture. 
4 | Preheat the pan at the lowest heat to help prevent hot spots. Add Pacific Sunrise Oil. You can use a piping bag with a wide tip to make it easier to form. Pile up the batter vertically. Add a new pile once it starts to form. Cook slow, cover with a lid on low heat. 
5 | Add water to create a little bit of steam. Remove from the pan. Serve and add fresh berries or whip cream, depends on your choice.
